I’m done. I will not mess with it any more.
It took me ages to clean the comment spam off of this thing, and I probably missed a few. Most of the spam was what you’d expect, but my very favorite spam comment was from someone named pharmacy: “I do like this blog a lot. thanks for keeping all the spammers off it.”
Oh, and I have a schedule for Fall ‘06. Discerning viewers will note, with varying degrees of dismay depending on major and household income, the presence of BA 101T: “Career Planning Strategies.”
Hmm. The fall schedule for all the world to see. Thankfully, passing perverts of the blogosphere will not know how young and attractive you are. Except for the pictures. And the bit about your name, age and whereabouts. …. dammit.
I appreciate your boyfriendly concern, but the fact is, effective stalkers will go to MySpace, where they can see name, place of residence, and pictures (there are no linked pictures of me on this website currently). Anyone who registers a domain and has a MySpace account puts their picture and address online (through whois). Alternately, Facebook, which provides relationship status as well as address. Of course, there\’s always the chance that some lonely fellow will be taken in completely by my photographs of lampposts, but I think my chances of getting mauled by my dog are higher. Anyway, you bought me pepper spray last week (aww).
Ooooh, it’s gorgeous! Is that a picture of Venice? Also, tell your little security script that I am deeply offended. All I did was ask an honest question, and it felt the need to make snide remarks. If it wants to know who passed math, it can come pit its puny little Perl interpreter against my GNU-Scientific-Library-enabled laptop any time it wants.
p.s. That Threadless shirt RAWKS.
oh anush, what a pathetic schedule.
except that class with inman, who you’ll find is completely worthwhile. he was one of the *favorite* lunch speakers at my internship this summer. absolute badass powerhouse genius, seriously. get him to tell the story about the new york times reporters calling him and why reporters never got arrested when he was at NSA.
wow… site/blog looks great! how much time have you spent on this since i saw you messing with it around finals time in the spring? eh… i probably don’t wanna know… anyway, i noticed the times for your posts are all like 3am and 6am… i sympathize… i do not sleep either…
