on the Kazaa thing, there’s no way to stop Kazaa without arresting end-users anyway. It’s a direct-connection based utility. There’s a lot of techinical crap to go along with it, but suffice it to say that Kazaa will only end when the Feds start arresting the people en-mass [at which point the feds are screwed anyway]
