I think I’m enjoying math again. It’s a good feeling, although it gives me headaches. Calculus is pretty sexy, I have to say.
I have so many photos for you! But no time.
28 Days Later is a good movie. Enjoyable, albeit extremely gory, but the social commentary makes up for the zombie-movie logical errors (Why don’t the infected attack each other? If they keep vomiting blood, why don’t they starve faster?). I like the way Jim suddenly realizes that he’s the protagonist and is therefore invincible, and infiltrates the house like the highly-trained professional he isn’t.
Hmmm…I hate math. Can’t hold that against you though. =) Havent seen 28 days later yet. Heard its weird, heard its good. Who can resist gore? I can, actually.
Anyway, just wanted to say I like your site.
mmm…sexy, sexy calculus…
did you see both endings for 28 days later?
if so, was the “alternate one” any good?
even after today’s calculus test?
the zombies don’t attack each other because they are calmed by each other’s presence. they travel in packs. they aren’t like vietnam soldiers given hazardous drugs in their food to see if they get more aggressive and wind up killing each other. they thrive in groups.. like the animals they’ve been reduced to, i guess.
this is explained when the military guy turns on his walkie-talkie to pure static and shows jim how the hissing staticky noise (which sounds like a zombie) makes the captured zombie calm down.
^ that was me up there with the zombies. forgot to say so. (:
The alternate ending is horrible.
